What is Bartlesville KLIFE? KLIFE is a discipleship ministry for youth. Through weekly small group Bible studies and other activities, KLIFE kids grow in their walk with the Lord and build lasting relationships they can count on for the rest of their lives. KLIFE’s ultimate goal is to make disciples who will make disciples. KLIFE works alongside churches and families in the community to teach and encourage kids to be strong in the Lord in spite of all the negative pressures they face as teenagers. KLIFE networks kids from different churches, and those without a church affiliation, to build positive, Godly relationships that can withstand the negative peer pressure so prevalent in today’s youth culture.
Our History: Bartlesville KLIFE began in 1986 with a simple prayer and a shared vision—to extend the spiritual growth and connection felt at summer camp into the everyday lives of youth. What started as a dream among a group of parents has grown into a thriving ministry that has impacted generations of Bartlesville families. Through faith, prayer, and the generous support of the community, KLIFE found its footing with just the right leadership, meeting spaces, and resources to launch its mission. From its humble beginnings to today, Bartlesville KLIFE has remained steadfast in its purpose: to offer fun, fellowship, and discipleship for youth, grounded in the Gospel of Christ. Decades later, the impact is clear as former KLIFE kids have become parents, leaders, and disciple-makers, continuing the legacy of life transformation that began right here.

Bartlesville KLIFE is hiring! We’re looking for a Men’s Director, with the potential for this role to become a Chapter Director position. This is a unique opportunity to invest in the next generation and make a meaningful impact on youth culture for Christ. We’re seeking a godly man to lead and mentor young men in the ministry, guide and equip volunteers, take on key administrative responsibilities, and build relationships with students in the Bartlesville community.
Qualities We’re Looking For: (Beyond a heart for God and a heart for discipleship)
Self Starter / Initiator / Innovator: Ability to generate new ideas and confidently implement them when it comes to school/ministry expansion. A confident go-getter, who gets excited about new frontiers.
Connector: Paramount to leader recruitment and ministry growth. Energized and excited about connecting with students, parents, leaders, administrators, and community leaders.
Detail Oriented Strategist: A knack for converting ideas into coherent processes and systems, creating strategic plans to further staff’s capacity for ministry.
Spiritually Grounded & Biblically Sound: Passionate about sharing truth from an overflow of their own relationship with Christ. Capable of teaching Scripture and guiding groups of all sizes through the Bible.
Humble-recognizing that ministry is about building God’s Kingdom, not our own. Committed to serving others like Jesus did. (Philippians 2)
