Building rental details:

Thank you so much for your interest in renting out our space! 

Below you will find our rental pricing and information. Building rentals would include events such as graduation parties, birthday parties, wedding receptions, baby showers, sport-related events, company banquets/parties, etc.  

Building rental pricing:

  • $200 for a 2-hour minimum rental with a $50 charge for each additional hour. (Please note: Setup and cleanup time are not included in your rental period.)

    • For example: 

      If your event is scheduled from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, but you need 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for setup and cleanup, you will need to book from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM, which totals 3 hours.

      Your total cost would be $250 ($200 base + $50 for the extra hour).

  • A cleaning fee of $175 will be charged if the building is not properly cleaned after use

  • Rentals scheduled the week of will have an upcharge of $50
